Klaudeen Hansen - Waterwheel Spin, Sunday, August 1   
Klaudeen is a long time quilter who has focused on miniature quilts and also Amish style quilts. Her Amish quilts have been exhibited around the nation and in Norway, Japan & Switzerland. She is co-editor of “Quilt Art” engagement calendar. She’s also lots of fun to talk to and has a “get it done” approach to quilting that you’ll appreciate!  This workshop includes “easy machine piecing and a wide variety of batik fabrics” via a fabric exchange. “Fast and fun” is her description of the process leading to a throw size quilt.

The workshops will be held at the Evendale Cultural Art Center, 10500 Reading Road
Evendale, OH 45241 (at the corner of Reading Road and Glendale Milford Road - enter off Reading Road). Sunday workshops are from 12-6 p.m., Monday workshops are from 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m..

• Workshops are filled on a first come first served basis.

• Workshops are open to members only unless a class is not filled 30 days prior to event.

• Classes with less than 12 participants will be cancelled.

• Payment is due at the time of signing up for a workshop. Your name will only be put in an open spot when we receive a check for the amount of the workshop. Make checks payable to OVQG.

• The checks will be deposited that month.

• If you cannot attend a workshop after signing up, you will be responsible to find someone to take your place, and working out the finances with them. We will make available to you names on the waiting list if we have any.

• Supply lists will be handed out at meetings as soon as they are received by the teachers.

• We will update the website as soon as possible when a workshop fills.

• If the class is filled, please email one of the vice presidents to let them know that you want to be added to the wait list, but do not send a check.
